Were forced to see 30, 40, 50, 60+ patients a day – I mean… how are you supposed to deliver quality care with a schedule like that?
Regularly had to stay 1,2, 3 hours (or LONGER – I’ve done more than 4 hours before) to finish your charts. Or you did them at home. Or if you’re like one of my students, you did them in the stands at your kid’s ball game.
Got “pay raises” that didn’t keep up with inflation. And y’all – if a pay raise isn’t above inflation, it’s a pay cut.
Endured hospital administrators, supervisors, or doctors who treated you like “hired help” – even though you got your Masters or PhD.

Every telemedicine business challenge has its own module. Follow along and watch as things get easier for you.
You’ll get access to a group filled with NPs on the same journey as you. You’ll never be alone again.
Getting stuck will be a thing of the past. Not sure what to do next? Ask me a question in Office Hours and I’ll sort your situation out.
Listen – you don’t have to. Sooo many people ALREADY pay cash for their healthcare.
At grocery stores (like H-E-B), you can get everything from wellness consults to vaccines.
You can pay with debit or credit. No insurance required.
And if a grocery store can figure out how to set up a cash healthcare clinic – you can do the same via telehealth.
But what if you’ve never paid cash for healthcare? Or you don’t know anyone who has?
Just because you don’t see the value of spending hundreds of dollars on your health (versus making insurance claims)…
… doesn’t mean no one else does.
Example: a colleague of one of my students runs their own concierge practice in Florida.
EVERY YEAR, one household pays her $75,000 to attend to their needs.
Cash patients exist. There are millions of them. And they want to pay you top dollar for top-notch care.
You might think entrepreneurship is an act of courage.
Because your whole life, society told you to get a job. Your teachers, guidance counselors, and even well-meaning friends – told you that business is scary.
That it’s risky.
That’s it’s an “all or nothing” proposition.
Truth is: entrepreneurship is less risky than holding down a job.
We NPs thought we had job security. That we provide an “essential service,” right?
But in this country, healthcare is a business. Just like any other.
So when health system CEOs want a bigger bonus? They’ll gladly fire your booty.
Because to them, you ain’t nothing but a “liability”. So much for having a safe, stable profession.
But I’m not crazy. Running your telehealth business does cost money.
So I don’t want you to risk NOT paying your bills. That’s why I want you to start your telemedicine practice on the side.
Because it is so much easier to focus on your business when your bills are paid and food is in the refrigerator.
And once you’ve got a steady 3-5k comin’ in, you can go full-time – if you want to.
But if you’re still worried that you can’t succeed in telehealth, I want to put those fears to rest…
Because I believe in you. Yes, you can do this.
Follow me – I got somethin’ to show you.
Get all the income NEEDED to do the things you WANT to do – by doing 5-10 hours per week of telehealth on the side. Inflation has eaten up all our fun money. But when you earn $3k-$5k monthly doing telehealth appointments, What are you gonna do FIRST? Hit up the priciest spa in your city? Go to Cabo? Dine out at Providence in LA? That’s a good problem to have!
Get out of toxic work environments ASAP. When a student of mine tells me she’s in a toxic work environment – I will help find her a different job. Because when you’re in a terrible situation, it’s hard to concentrate on ANYTHING. My teachings work best when you have a stable income and an employer that treats you like a human. If that doesn’t sound like your reality, I’ll help you make it so. And then we’ll build out your entire telehealth business.
Get your first patient in just a few months. Launch your telehealth practice. In the past, my students have gone from square one to their first patient in just a few months. Many of them had invested in other courses before. And their minds were blown by the first module.
With a clear blueprint to follow, confusion or backtracking will become a thing of the past.
By sticking to this checklist, your journey to your first patient will be much smoother.
I have zero interest in leaving you high and dry here! This is your safe space to vent, ask for feedback, and get your burning questions answered right away (no wait times here.)
AND, these sessions will include a monthly membership hot seat – where you’ll gain the chance to win a FREE 1:1 strategy session with yours truly. We get crystal clear in these sessions, implementing the right course of action that’s best for YOU and your future telehealth practice.
I will provide you with a VERY detailed collaborative agreement that I can guarantee you won’t even get from an esteemed attorney.
Not only will you have access to a step by step blueprint on how to secure a collaborative physician, but you’ll learn everything you need to feel confident in documentation, discussing payment terms, and monthly supervision protocols that you’ve likely never learned anywhere else.
Waste zero time on uncomfortable conversations (which you’ve probably never been taught to navigate). Get the tools you need to navigate physician payments with confidence, clarity, and ease.

Book appointments around my life. So I can make time for the things I wanna do… like having Happy Hour drinks with friends.
Sleep in when my body needs it. Sooo many neglect this essential health pillar… even us NPs.
Spend time with family and friends… and not feel rushed. Because when you own a business, YOU make the rules.
Try out new restaurants and pay less in taxes while doing so. Often, meals out can be considered a business expense, so they are tax-deductible… yeah!
A life where money ceases to be a concern.
A life where you plan work around your life… not the other way around.
Four years ago, I didn’t have any of these things.
I was like you – overworked, underpaid, and disrespected.
I saw 50 patients per day. I regularly logged unpaid OT to finish my charts. And I had a supervisor laugh in my face when I dared to ask for a raise.
When that happened, I put in my 60-day notice and got a new job… in the telehealth industry.
Well… in 2020, a friend needed a second opinion on a recommended hysterectomy. I provided it via Facetime.
Then after (without me asking), she sent me $35 on Cash App.
With a note that said “telemed".
From that point forward, I was determined to set up my own telemedicine practice, on the side… when I wasn’t working my day job.
The next two years came with plenty of ups and downs. Which included spending $25,000 on things that didn’t always work.
But the biggest moment came when my telehealth practice conflicted with my full-time job.
So I got a part-time job that would have worked better.
But at the last moment…
…they retracted the offer. Leaving me accidentally unemployed.
At that point, I was all-in on telehealth. But I made it work.
It was a struggle at times. I was doing it ALL on my own. As a business newbie.
But you don’t have to make the mistakes that I made.
In the Telemedicine Startup Launch Protocol, I’ll walk you through everything that WORKED for me… so you don’t have to rely on trial and error.
You have the smarts. You have the work ethic. So if you implement this plan, I’m supremely confident you’ll get results.
I can’t wait to meet y’all on the call… see you then!
Cheers,
Tifany

A. Think about how hospitals and clinics work.
In this country, they have two missions: (1) make money and (2) provide medical care for their patients. In that order.
In case you missed it earlier, check out the bill this patient got…
That’s 153k in revenue for five days of emergency care. For one patient. That’s more than some NPs make in a year.
Now, that is an extreme example… but think about it. How much of that cash goes to the NPs? Or the RNs? Or the lab techs?
A fraction. Some goes to overhead… and the rest goes to the owners and the shareholders.
But when you’re the owner, YOU get all the profits.
When you receive cash from your patients, everything (after overhead and taxes) is yours to keep.
Still don’t believe me? Here’s some math I did to reverse engineer a part-time income of 5k per month 🤓
First, I calculated my monthly personal expenses, which totaled about $5,000. Then I divided that by 30 days in a month.
So $5,000 divided by 30 equals $166.67 - the amount I would need to earn per day.
Next, I decided on two services to offer that would average about $166 per client.
My first service yielded $215 profit.
And my second service yielded $97 profit.
So to make $5,000, I would only need 10 new patients subscribing to my first service package, and about 30 recurring subscribers to the second one.
By hitting those numbers, I earned just a bit over 5k. And to go to 10k? I’d just have to double the patients I saw!
Bottom line: when you shift your mindset from medical provider to business owner, doubts around hitting big money goals fade away.
A. I feel you. It’s scary. But I’ve been in telehealth for over four years and I still feel fear.
So I do it ugly. And I do it scared.
I promise you – you will overcome this newbie phase. Remember when you were a baby nurse. And a novice NP?
When you did your first rotations, you had no nursing experience. But you had mentors – and they showed you the way.
You felt like a fish out of water before. You handled criticism with confidence and resilience. And you can do it again.
So don’t worry about not having any prior business experience. In the Telehealth Start Up Collective, I am your mentor.
Do the lessons, follow the blueprint, and ask lots of questions, and you’ll be just fine.
Listen, you don’t need permission from ANYONE to do this. That’s between you and God. Everything else is figuring out how.
So just start.
A. Those days are long gone.
In hospitals and clinics, we try our best. But nowadays, it’s all about numbers. The focus is on getting patients in and out – as quickly as possible.
If patients are lucky, they get 15 minutes with us. Often, it’s less.
But when we open our own practice, we get to ask those burning questions.
The ones we REALLY wanted to ask our patients… but we never had the time before.
In our own shop, we can get to the root of our patient’s problems.
By opening up a telehealth practice, you’ll get to create a deeper connection with your patients.
And by doing so, you’ll IMPROVE the quality of healthcare in this country.
What patient would say no to that?
A. Are you working in a clinical setting as an NP?
You are? Then you already have EVERYTHING needed to become a successful telehealth professional.
Remember the hysterectomy story in my bio? Let’s go deeper.
It was July 3, 2020. At that time, I was Facetiming a family friend.
Her doctor had just recommended a FULL hysterectomy – and she was very concerned. So she wanted to hear my professional opinion.
Now in my practice, I keep things very real. Very frank. I don’t sugarcoat or keep anything fluffy.
So after walking her through my recommendations, she was full of gratitude, as she felt so much better about her decision.
Soon after we hung up, she sent me $35 on Cash App and she labeled it “telemed”.
That’s when I knew the expertise I already had was all I needed.
The institutionalized system we belong to makes us believe that our license and national board certification are not enough.
So we continuously seek additional validation through certifications that aren’t even board recognized – JUST so that we can reaffirm our worth as medical professionals.
Now, you should ALWAYS read guidelines, regulations and the newsletters from your certifying board for the most up-to-date positioning statements regarding scope of practice and telehealth.
But the certs you have now are ALL that’s needed to get started in telehealth.
A. I could rant all day about those scammy marketers.
You know… the ones that promise you 12 patients per week… or they’ll say you’ll make 500k in six weeks. 🤣
These are the guys that sell you a bunch of stuff… then abandon you.
But I won’t do that.
Instead, I’ll let one of my students grab the mic. Take it away, Rachelle…
“I had ran across a few telemedicine programs… they dropped the ball big time. And their follow-up was horrible.
They never responded to me… it was a waste of my money and I was furious and disappointed.”
But then Rachelle joined us. And a few months later, this is what she had to say:
“I ran across this program and I have to tell you… it’s completely the opposite of what I just experienced. The interaction, the community, your constant feedback, the videos… I was instantly drawn.
This is what I’ve been looking for, and I’m excited. I stay up all night doing it and I don’t mind, because I feel like I’m doing something for me.”
Unlike the competition, I actually teach you about every part of running a telehealth business.
Choosing niches, handling licensing requirements and legal stuff, standing out on the internet and social media…
I do all that. And more. Plus I answer all your questions - in person. Every month.
Show me a marketing agency who’ll do ALL that. I’ll wait.
A. Back when I started my telehealth journey, I was real busy, too. So I know how overwhelmed you’re feeling.
But I found a way to move forward each day. Even only a little bit.
Don’t got an hour? That’s OK - can you do 30 minutes? Can’t do 30 minutes? How about 15 minutes? 10 minutes? 5 minutes?
It’s OK if you don’t have the energy to do an hour of work. But do everything you can to NOT break the chain.
You can bargain with yourself, too. Do you watch Netflix for an hour each night? Do 30 minutes instead – and spend the other 30 working on your business.
Value your weekends? I hear you. But try this – work on your practice on Saturday afternoon, but give all of Sunday to God, your family, and yourself.
A. What you’ve tried in the past has gotten you EXACTLY where you are now. Think about that.
Free can only take you so far.
But in my program, in return for an investment of $297 per month, you get 17+ hours of courses, mentorship, a mastermind group, and more.
That means you’ll get a step-by-step video walkthrough of every MAJOR business task in telehealth. A helping hand when you get stuck. And moral support from your NP family.
All these things are an investment.
Eight months down the road, you’ll look at how far you’ve come. And where you were before.
And you’ll wonder how any of this would have been possible without this program.
A. I honestly believe you’ll get there. If you put in the work, I’ll do everything I can to help you.
But if you get to the eight month mark and want your money back? Simply email [email protected] and we’ll begin the refund process.
